If you guessed after a workout, you’re right. “Fitness boots my confidence level and makes me happy,” she says. “I’m also very simplistic, so put me in jeans and a tee, and I will feel uber-sexy!” Before she left set, AJ also let us in on her best sex advice. “Explore your sexuality! If your partner enjoys something you’ve never tried, be willing to try,” she advises. “You can’t be scared to spice things up, or you’re just [going to be] missing out.
