...emi. “I chose modeling [as a career] because I love to see new countries and [create] art.” Katrine likes to take on whatever role she’s playing in her modeling. “I’m a creative person,” she tells us. “My special talent is acting!” On weekends like this, or when they’re not working, you can usually find Katrine and Demi doing some of their favorite things. “In my spare time, I watch movies, read a lot of books, and go to the park,” shares Demi. “I like swimming, surfing, tennis, and running in the morning,” adds Katrine.
