  • I found another shooting location — "Egoiste" (and a whole lot of other older sets by Goncharov) are from this villa in Livadiya, Crimea:

  • Thanks, MetMonk will get back to you asap :) (:R

  • Great find, thanks. I had wanted to locate this villa for a while but I had no clue where to look...

I just tagged 66 Goncharov sets with your location info. I would have preferred to use your yandex link but I had to settle for the usual google maps link for lack of space.

If you have 2.5 million $ spare, this villa can be yours, see http://krym.ners.ru/object/40246057.html. Send us a postcard.

  • Damn, between the change jar and what I found in the couch I can't even scrape up $1 million.

If you'd like, I can walk you through how I found this one, but it's really an example of how it's better to be lucky than good...

  • I would indeed be interested in how you found this place...

  • Like you said, the hardest part is figuring out where in the world to start. The key to this one was the Milana K set "Matrame." It's from three different locations: this villa (note the fence), a beach somewhere, and a train platform.

I vaguely remembered a Panoramio photo of a similar platform somewhere on the line to Yevpatoria, Crimea, that I'd seen while geolocating those Lili F Lake Sasyk sets. I didn't expect anything more than a superficial similarity (really, just the blue railing), but went looking for it anyway on the remote chance that it would match. To my surprise, it did! The photo (http://www.panoramio.com/photo/41269449) showed that part of "Matrame" was photographed at the Solnyshko station between Yevpatoria and Saki — the first bit of luck.

This meant the villa was possibly somewhere in the area, so now I needed something distinctive to look for in the satellite photos. From "Matrame," there's a building with a blue roof sort of visible in the background (it's terribly overexposed, but you can kind of make it out). From Sofi A "Hobetu," the swimming pool has a little round island in it. But most importantly, in "Egoiste" there's a line of mountains in the distance, so the villa couldn't be anywhere near Yevpatoria (nearly as flat as Kansas!) but was instead likely on the southern coast.

Armed with all this, I started in Yalta (more luck, it seemed as good a place as anywhere) hunting for blue roofs and checking any pools nearby. It didn't take long to find a possible candidate in Livadia. The final bit of luck was that after I struck out with Google Street View and Panoramio, Yandex had photographed it, so I was able to confirm that it was indeed the right place.

  • Great detective work! (:R

  • Great job... I did have a hunch it must be the crimean south coast, but finding the right blue roofs is a needle-in-a-haystack expedition that I hadn't embarked on yet.

  • Regarding set:
    21 June 2010 / Mila I / Elite / METART

I am quite sure that this one was released on 24 July 2010 (not on 21 June 2010). It has been removed some time later from the site again, because it is identical to set "Milos" (which indeed has been released on 21 June 2010).

  • 3 February 2016 / Mila / Schlafzima / RYLSKY ART

The RA site now features a slightly different cover for this set (with additional red ribbon, and some more minor differences).

  • Now at Eteranal Desire always as Mila I

  • The info about her having tattoos on her left and right wrist is correct the are visible in a lot of her instagram pictures. They are not that new either since they are visible in pictures from early 2015. None of the pictures are close enough to know what exactly they say but I think they are both say the same thing.

  • In the 2017-02-11 My Naked Dolls cover by Tony Murano,, the cover is correct, but the girl in the attached gallery is not Mila I. The model photographed is much more rounded and has much bigger breasts as well as red hair.
