It would be correct to say I am lazy. I vote my faves from the top ten list. It happens that the models mentioned are quite often on that list.

On one hand, could be real. Only the best of her popular photos, and other professional modelling photos appear. And it might be a trial account, where she's checking out the T to see if it's good exposure. (Very few posts this year, and only this year).
On the other hand, might be a fan account (of someone familiar with her professional modeling work). Following/follower list is suspect for a professional model.
