There is 2 different girls named Heart on MPV.
The girl of this cover :

is not the same "Heart" that the girl of the 2 other covers.

If the mark above the letter 'E' in 'Heart' on one of her covers is a mole then I think she is http://www.thenude.eu/Heart_8903.htm
She has a mole in the same place on her MPV Models cover.
Might explain why there are 3 models called 'Heart' and only 2 model pages called 'Heart'
If they are the same she is 'Heart C'
