Maya also is in Jan 21, 04 (similar to cover on Jul 30, 05) and another with her standing on a bed (unknown date)
Found the second of that series 01-21. I have the cover with her on the bed but no date so can't add it. The EXIF info gives a date of 2006

The cover with her standing on a bed is (also) from July 30, 2005 according to MET. Of course, Met's recordkeeping isn't exactly top notch.

Myself, I don't see the similarity between Amanite & Maya. Either she's had a lot of surgery to remove moles & a tattoo, or they're not the same... Amanite, from the "Veiled" set: Maya, from "Maya":
