On the other side, I don't understand why the photographer is not investigated as well. He is far more guilty because in this business he is the one who choose the location of the shooting and not the model. If someone must be indicted or even convicted is the photographer.
I came across this article recently through linking. I don't speak (or read) Russian, but a poor browser translation seems like it's referring to her based on the information given. It seems like she pled guilty and the court fined her a thousand rubles. No mention of prison time, so hopefully we'll continue to get more and more from this beautiful young woman in the future.
