  Ok, this is a bit of a mix up / puzzle.

  Let's first consider the most recent cover for Elvira (https://www.thenude.com/Elvira_12352.htm). She (and Andriane) are listed as models in the set name
  https://www.thenude.com/cover/metmodels/11236/elvira-and-adriane-and-eva-in-trinite-by-natasha-schon

  Now consider the forelast cover, showing moles on her belly and also 1 just above her breasts
  https://www.thenude.com/cover/metgirls/88537/girls-from-england

  Then go check https://www.thenude.com/Adriane_1175.htm, e.g. the following cover and notice the same moles
  https://www.thenude.com/cover/metgirls/88753/image-of-perfection

  So:

  • The model we consider Elvira is in fact Adriane
  • Elvira is one of the other 2 models on all 3 of the Elvira covers with 3 girls
  • https://www.thenude.com/cover/metart-archives/69591/three-sinners is Adriane-only (despite the misleading name, there are no other models in this set)
  • I don't know if https://www.thenude.com/cover/metgirls/88537/girls-from-england is Adriane-only or if the other girls are in there too, but the latter seems most logical to me.
